Hi Stacy, Thanks for your help. Given the mobility issues whereabouts within PO would you recommend we stay? Riverside or French Quarter? and where within those resorts? I think we will need a Florida Special room if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Hi Gina! I'm so happy I was able to help! It is my pleasure to assist with all of your Disney World questions!

I would recommend that you stay at Port Orleans French Quarter. It is the smallest of all if the WdW Moderate Resorts and there aren't all bad rooms or sections here. They all offer easy access to the amenities. However, Building 5 is the most centrally located and is closest to the bus stop, main building and pool.

Call 407-939-7807 in advance and inform them of your need or a first floor, centrally located room due to your mobility issues and they will do everything they can to accommodate your request.

I also highly recommend that you call the resort directly a few days before your stay to make sure they have your special request noted.

You can call 407-934-5000 for French Quarter.
