Hi Stacy! I want to surprise my kids with our Disney trip. Do you have any tips?

I surprised my kids with a trip to WDW this summer by creating a photo book with a custom story. I wrote a book, customized just for them, along with pictures of them, Disney characters and our past trips. The book talked about all of their favorite things about Disney, so they thought it was just a memory book reminiscing of our past trips. But at the end I said "Surprise, you are going again on June 11th!"

Some other tips are creating a scavenger hunt with Disney items and at the end have them open a note that says "Surprise, you are going to Disney!" Some parents even wait until they are in the car on the way to Disney and they have their kids open little presents throughout the trip that give hints to where they are going. One present may be a towel (since there is a pool at the resort), another might be an autograph book (for the characters). Then the last present can be a big Mickey Mouse!

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
