Hi Stacy, Could you recommend your favorite place to buy tasty but healthy snacks in each of the four Disney theme parks? Thanks!

Hi Jill! Thanks for your great question!

Walt Disney World is full of delicious, healthy treats that can satisfy your cravings while still allowing you to stay on track with healthy eating.

    My favorites are:

Magic Kingdom: Aloha Isle - Pineapple Wedge

Epcot: Garden Grill - They actually serve produce grown in The Land greenhouse! It doesn't get fresher than that! They also serve sustainable fish and roasted all-natural turkey. You can check out the Garden Grill menu for the full selection.

Hollywood Studios: The Sunset Ranch Market has a wide selection of fresh fruit. They also special made a sandwich for me when I asked for it without the sauce, making it a healthier option.

Animal Kingdom: I like that Yak and Yeti offers salmon, which is full of heart-healthy omega-3 fats.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about staying healthy and fit while vacationing at Walt Disney World! I'd love to help!

    Magically,

    Stacy
