HI Stacy! I'm trying to stay with my exercise routine while I'm on vacation. Do you have any tips?

I definitely have a few tips for staying fit while away on vacation at Walt Disney World!

Disney makes it easy to stay fit on vacation. There are several jogging trails throughout Disney World that are excellent!

During my latest visit I stayed at the Beach Club Resort and I ran along the Boardwalk connecting Yacht Club, Beach Club and BoardWalk Inn. The trail is about one mile long and surrounds Crescent Lake.

Several other resorts have jogging trails, including Grand Floridian, with a 1.4 mile trail around the Seven Seas Lagoon. Wilderness Lodge also has a beautiful pathway surrounding the lodge and campground.

Many of the resorts also have state-of-the-art fitness centers which allow you to enjoy a variety of activities, including weights, elliptical, bike and more. I used the Ship Shape Health Club each day during my latest visit and loved it!

If you are a swimmer, you can also take advantage of the lap pool and/or quiet pools at many of the resorts to swim laps. It is especially nice in the early morning hours before anyone rises because you can have the entire pool to yourself!

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
