Hi Stacy! I'm staying at Beach Club for my next vacation. Can you tell me if there is a place there for me to exercise or if there is enough room for me to bring my own exercise equipment?

I stayed at Beach Club just last week and absolutely loved it! The resort is amazing! There is not only a fitness center, called Ship Shape, but there is also a great jogging trail that surrounds the lake and goes across the Boardwalk connecting Beach Club, Boardwalk and Yacht Club.

The Ship Shape fitness center has state-of-the-art treadmills, weights machines, free weights, a BOSU, exercise ball and more. I used it everyday during my trip and loved it.

The rooms are also large enough for you to bring workout bands to do a quick workout in the room. You can use the chair in the room to do triceps dips, do push ups next to the bed and do ab work. If you want to fit in a quick workout before hitting the parks, you can definitely do so in the room.

Keep in mind that you'll be walking a lot throughout the parks, so you will definitely get your cardio in while having fun!

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
