Hi Stacy! I'm on a budget and I want to buy my kids souveiners when I'm down there, but I'm worried about the cost of things. Are there ever sales? Do you have any money saving ideas?

I also like to budget shop so I have a few tips:

    • Buy Disney Gift Cards throughout the year in small amounts to slowly Save for your trip. $20 here and there isn't nearly as impactful as dropping hundreds of dollars at once, yet they add up quick. You can use the Disney Gift Cards throughout your vacation at the resorts, parks, restaurants and shops
    • Find merchandise on sale at the Disney store throughout the year and buy it and stash it. Bring it with you on your trip and surprise your kids with it. They won't know if it came from the parks or store back home. You can even have the toys sitting on the bed and waiting for them when they get home from the parks for a special surprise!
    • There is a Disney Character Outlet with park merchandise at the outlet mall near Disney. Check them out for discounted park merchandise
    • The parks and Downtown Disney sometimes have great deals and sales, such as a watch for only $17.95 if you spend $40. Scout out those deals as well
    Happy shopping!
