How do I get from Springer Island to Walt Disney Waterpark? Is there a bus for 8 ppl

Hi there, Nandi! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. It sounds like you're in for a grand Floridian adventure, and I'm happy to help you add some magic to your trip!

Nandi, Walt Disney World is truly an incredible place. With four unique theme parks and two immersive water parks, there's just so much to do and experience! I see you're interested in some fun in the sun at Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon - so let's take a look at your options.

To get to Disney World from Singer Island, you will probably want to rent a car and drive yourself, or take a bus or train from nearby West Palm Beach. If you're interested in a bus, a quick internet search will provide several companies that will transport you from West Palm Beach to Orlando. Alternatively, you could take a Brightline train that will drop you off at Orlando International Airport. From there, use a rideshare service like Lyft or a Mears motorcoach to transfer to Walt Disney World Resort.

Nandi, it's important to note that it will take you roughly 2.5 to 3 hours to get from West Palm Beach to Orlando, and a bit longer if you're transferring at the airport. That's a REALLY long haul to do all in one day, so I recommend staying overnight at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel.

Obviously, this is a very convenient option, since you'll have a nearby place to rest your head after a long park day. But the biggest reason I suggest this isn't just for convenience! As a Disney Resorts Collection hotel guest during Cool KIDS' SUMMER, you'll get FREE waterpark admission on your check-in day! Honestly, this is such a great deal and is pretty much a no-brainer considering your situation. If you choose one of Disney's value resort hotels (like Disney's Pop Century Resort), it basically pays for itself!

Nandi, I hope this information helps you plan a spectacular stay in the Sunshine State! If you have any other questions as you finalize your plans, you know where to find me right here at planDisney.

    Adventure awaits,

    Allison
