    Spring Break 2013 will see us on the Dream - 4-Night Bahamian Cruise. Need help with understanding Atlantis Swim with Dolphin options (6.5yr daughter/fish swims level 6 SwimAmerica in 25m pool youngest in class - Shallow Water Interaction our only option?

    Hi Dan!

    Great question!  I have always wanted to experience a dolphin swim and hope to on my next Disney Cruise!  The Atlantis Dolphin Cay Shallow Water Interaction is your option at Atlantis.  This is an interaction only and you may have to hold your daughter depending on her height.  If you are looking for a swim with dolphin excursion, the Blue Lagoon Dolphin Swim is for ages six and up.  All participants wear a life jacket so your princess should be fine especially with her swimming abilities.  You will begin your adventure with some playful interaction followed by a swim across the lagoon with your newest dolphin friend!  After your swim, you can enjoy the beach at Blue Lagoon before returning to the ship.  They also have water rentals and food and drinks for an additional charge. It is sure to be a day filled with splashtacular fun!
