Is there a spot at WL where you can see fireworks? One guidebook says the trees are too tall but somewhere else I read that you can watch from the beach? View doesn't have to be from our room, just somewhere at the hotel. Thanks!

    HI there!

    Great resort choice!

There are a couple of places where you can catch a glimpse of the Wishes fireworks at the Wilderness Lodge. The best place we've found is actually from your room, if you are lucky enough to get a room on north side facing the Castle. There are some large trees between the Lodge and Magic Kingdom, but many of the rooms on the upper floors have pretty good views of the Castle, Contemporary and Wishes.

If you prefer a Courtyard view, or are near the Wilderness Lodge Villas, then you can walk down to the boat launch to view some of the high fireworks. From this vantage point, you will be looking up over the Contemporary (behind trees) and you should be able to see some portion of the higher fireworks.

And, lastly, if you time it just right, you can catch some amazing fireworks views on the boat transportation between the Lodge and Magic Kingdom. We've only been able to do this once, but it was a beautiful sight!

Hope this help! Have a great vacation!
