    Are there any spooky hayrides or carriage rides during October?

    Hello, fellow Tennessean Angelique! Unfortunately, there isn't. Of course, details for this October haven't bee released yet, so hope springs eternal. Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground used to offer haunted carriage rides, but they were discontinued after the 2012 season. My family and I experienced one of these rides, and I was sad to learn that it would no longer be offered. The year we participated, it featured the story of Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman. I'm always hoping to hear that they have reinstated it because we would love to do it again. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
