We have a split stay from Old Key West to Wilderness Lodge. On the day we change resorts, we expect to be in Epcot late, until 10 p.m. Will WL Bell Services take our luggage to our room, or hold it. If they hold it, how late can we pick it up?

Hi, Debra! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question! I really do enjoy split stay vacations at Walt Disney World Resort because it gives us a chance to experience more resorts. Bell Services at the resorts make the transition between resorts super easy. As you leave the morning that you check out of Disney's Old Key West Resort, simply stop by Bell Services with all of your luggage and let them know you would like for it to be transferred to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Be sure to hang on to the ticket they provide you as receipt of your luggage! That leaves you to just hop on the next Disney bus to Epcot for adventure at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival!

When you arrive at Disney's Wilderness Lodge that evening, Bell Services will be available to give you your luggage. You may choose to stop by their desk to pick up your bags or you may opt to call for your luggage once you get settled into your room. If you do decide to have them bring the luggage up to your room, then a $6 fee will be added to your guest folio. This fee is subject to change at any time, so I encourage you to ask about it when you call for your luggage.

I hope this information helps you plan for your upcoming stay! Be sure to make any dining reservations for your visit in the next few weeks. These can be made up to 180 days in advance and there are some delicious options at both of your planned resorts! Olivia's Cafe at Disney's Old Key West Resort is a favorite hidden gem of so many, while the newly enhanced Storybook Dining at Artist Point is not to be missed!
