Hiya, Keri!
I’m so glad you stopped by with your question, Keri. As Lightning McQueen would say, “Ka-Chow!” How exciting that your sons will be able to join you on your vacation to
Walt Disney World Resort! And kudos to them for their work in keeping the rest of the world moving.
You will be happy to know that most of the resorts have large parking lots, though
Disney’s Contemporary Resort and
Disney’s Beach Club Villas lots aren’t as large as some of the other resorts. So, I did some checking with the friendly Cast Members at both Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Villas to confirm availability for parking semi-trucks with trailers. They indicated that parking would be tight in their lots, but not impossible.
Because parking is first-come first-serve, the Cast Members suggested that you call the resorts (Disney’s Contemporary Resort at 407-824-1000 and Disney’s Beach Club Resort at 407-934-8000) before your sons’ arrival and let the resort know the size of the vehicle. A Cast Member will then guide your sons to the best parking location based on the location of available space.
Keri, did you know that
Guests may park tractor-trailers at the theme parks for $30 per day? Just some information for your sons to know in case they find themselves traveling through Orlando in the future and they want to spend a magical day at Walt Disney World Resort!
It’s been a pleasure assisting you, Keri. I hope that you will
stop back by to see me and my planDisney pals, because when it comes to helping fellow Guests with their vacation planning questions, like Lightning McQueen, we’re “faster than fast, quicker than quick.”
Wishing you and your family many magical memories,
Shannon
