Welcome to planDisney, Melissa!
Thanks for bringing your question our way.
I’m excited to hear you’re planning on visiting
Magic Kingdom Park! Between experiencing the thrill of
TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise® and trying Mickey-shaped snacks, you’re sure to have a fantastic time!
But first, let’s discuss the most important meal of the day, your breakfast! While you have plenty of options for an early morning breakfast, I recommend
The Crystal Palace! It’s a gorgeous setting full of natural light and inspired by Victorian greenhouse charm; the lush greenery is something to marvel at. Along with the all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet breakfast, it’s a great way to meet Winnie the Pooh and some of his best friends without waiting in a queue!
Melissa, if you book a breakfast reservation before the park opens, your party can still enter Magic Kingdom Park. You will find a Cast Member with a reservation check-in sign upon arrival. They will scan your admission to verify your dining reservation and allow your party to pass through.
You can use your
My Disney Experience Mobile App to make a breakfast dining reservation at Magic Kingdom Park. Simply open your app, tap on the “+” icon at the bottom of the screen, and choose “Check Dining Availability.” Next, you will want to input your party size, date, and time. If you scroll down a bit, you will see a filter icon on the bottom right of the screen. By selecting it, you can choose Magic Kingdom as the location you prefer to check for availability and then tap “Done” to go through your available options. If you see a time and place that works, please select it and fill in your information to finalize the reservation.
If you don’t see something pop up for the time you prefer, don’t give up because people change plans all the time. I often find reservations the day before my visit, so keep trying.
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Melissa!
