We are going to spend a week at Disney in just a few days, I have two girls ages 7 and 4. Of course they each have a favorite princess. One is Sleeping Beauty and the other Ariel. My question is where would we have the best chance of seeing both of them?

Hey Jennifer and how precious!  My three girls each have their favorite as well.
The first place I would look for Sleeping Beauty would be in Toontown which is located in the MK.  The princesses have a special place to meet other little princesses and this is located under the big top.  If she is not there when you arrive, simply ask a CM when she might be making a royal appearance.
Now Ariel, she is an easy one to find as she has her very own meeting place.  Ariel can be found in the MK at Ariel's Grotto, located directly behind Dumbo.  Make sure you get in line early to see her as the wait grows longer as the day goes on, and it is very warm in that line.
I hope this helps and I am keeping my fingers crossed that they both get to meet their favorite princess.  Thanks for the great question and have a magical WDW vacation.
