What specific time of day do the 60-day advance Disneyland dining reservation availabilities open up on the reservation website?

Hi, Ricky, and welcome to planDisney! Your question has conjured up an image of the White Rabbit scurrying along, looking at his pocket watch in Wonderland. But let's try to ensure YOU won't be late booking your Disneyland Resort dining.

I'm a planner by nature, so if you're like me, you're looking for a specific hour you can set your clock by. Unfortunately, I just spoke with a friendly Cast Member who told me there's currently no set time dining reservations drop on that 60th day. Restaurants might even release reservations in batches throughout the day, so the best strategy is to start looking early and keep checking. Some of my panelist pals told me they often try as early as 3:00 AM, but I typically start looking around 6:00 AM. Just so you know, you can book dining on the Disneyland Mobile App, too. I've even checked dining availability on my phone at traffic lights!

One tip I'd offer is prioritizing your dining wish list and trying hard-to-get restaurants first. You might try a practice run a week or so in advance to see what books quickly. Some of my must-do eateries are Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure Park, and Blue Bayou Restaurant at Disneyland Park. And if you're hoping to dine with characters, you can't go wrong with Goofy's Kitchen at Disneyland Hotel.

Ricky, I suggest you have your Mad Hatter coffee mug and cozy slippers ready at your 60-day mark. Set your alarm as early as you can stand it, and be as confident as the Queen of Hearts. You'll get those reservations; I'm sure of it! Please stop by planDisney anytime. We're all mad here!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
