How wonderful that you have an upcoming trip to visit Walt Disney World. I also love to check in as soon as it is available in
My Disney Experience. Unfortunately, if your room request is not available in the drop-down list provided during online check-in you will need to
call Disney Resort Reservations and have them manually add the room request for you. If your reservation can not be modified, you can also
call your hotel directly and ask them to add the request. The beauty of this is they can add more specific room requests and help with any other concerns you may have before you arrive.
Since you are already aware of the My Disney Experience app, there are a few other things you can use it for that will make your vacation extra magical! One of my favorite features in the app is the
Disney Genie+ Service. This is a paid service that allows you to reserve Lightning Lane entry for rides and attractions throughout the day. Lightning Lane Entry significantly reduces your wait time and is a great way to maximize your day. I recommend using this if you plan to start your day early and want to be able to ride as many attractions as possible.
Another awesome feature in the My Disney Experience app is
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering. There is nothing better than ordering food from your favorite quick-service restaurant right on your phone after you get off a ride and having it ready and waiting for you when you arrive at the restaurant. I feel like it helps limit the time you wait in line for food and gets you to your seat in the restaurant quickly so you can relax and enjoy the vibes.
