    If I have a specific location request for a resort, should I do an online check in or should I check in in person and make my request to the CM?

    Hi, Mary! If your request is not already noted on your reservation, I would call and do that right away.  Then, I would also call or fax in my request to the Resort seven to ten days in advance of my arrival.  This is when they are doing room assignments.  There are only four room request choices when you do online check-in.  They are for 1.) ground floor, 2.) near transportation, 3.) a child's Pack 'n Play Playard, or 4.) to add a refrigerator. If your request is something besides one of those four, I would definitely check-in with a Cast Member upon arrival to try to secure the room I want.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
