Hi there, Tamia, and welcome to planDisney! It's awesome that you're here with this great question about planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It's so much fun to travel to the Most Magical Place on Earth with a multigenerational group, because there's something for everyone to enjoy! This is how my family prefers to travel - the more, the merrier!
Tamia, you'll be happy to know that your mother-in-law shouldn't have trouble getting a Disney Theme Park ticket on this
website. Where it says, "Florida Resident Ticket," click "Continue." Then, select the number of days. You'll choose the date of the visit, and then you'll be able to select which park you'd like to attend that day, and choose the type of ticket you need. You'll be able to see the total price of the ticket at the bottom of the screen. As you continue to check out, you'll be given the option to verify Florida Residency online. There are certain forms of
identification that are acceptable for digital verification, though other forms are acceptable if you'd like to verify in person on the day of your visit.
Did you know that theme park admission isn't the only way that Florida Residents can save at Walt Disney World Resort? There are often other
Special Offers for Florida Residents, including savings on bookings at
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. While these offers are subject to change, I recommend checking them out to see what other savings your mother-in-law might want to take advantage of during her upcoming vacation.
Tamia, I hope this is helpful as you plan your visit with your family! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you continue to count down to your arrival!
See you real soon!
Jennifer
