Hey there, welcome to planDisney! LaTisha this is a great question and I love people who do their research, to take advantage of these awesome benefits. So let's get started!
Staying inside the magic at a
Disney Resort Collection Hotel immerses you in your vacation the moment you arrive. There are so many deluxe resorts to choose from that there is always one to fit your vacation style. There are so many great benefits to staying at a deluxe resort. One of them is an
Extended Evening Hours, and all of the deluxe resorts have access to this wonderful benefit. What I can tell you is there is only one park per day that offers this benefit. So you will need to check park hours to plan accordingly for those late nights where the parks are near empty. There will also be 30 minutes before regular park opening for all the parks each day, this benefit is called
Early Theme Park Entry.
If you are planning on visiting in 2025 all guests staying at a Disney Resort Collection Hotel can visit one of the water parks on their check-in day for free. Either
Blizzard Beach or
Typhoon Lagoon is a great way to start your trip. If you arrive early, you can drop off your bags with
Bell Services at your resort and head over to the waterpark. Once it is time to check in you can return to your resort and have your bags delivered to your room.
If you are looking for recommendations on deluxe resorts, my favorites are the ones surrounding the parks. Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are within walking distance to
EPCOT and
Hollywood Studios. The Polynesian Village Resort, Grand Floridian Resort, and Contemporary Resort are within walking distance of the
Magic Kingdom Park.
I hope this information is helpful for your visit, and that you are able to enjoy the extra hours at the end of the regular park hours. Tell Mickey I said hello!
Have a magical stay,
Jeremy A.
