Are there special park pass rates for grandparents that are accompanying adult children and grandchildren? We would not be participating in the water parks and on a lot of the rides.

There are no special park rates for seniors. Although if you are not planning on visiting the water parks you should obviously not pay the extra fee to add the "Water Parks and More" option to your ticket. Even if the seniors in your party choose not to go on the rides, there are still many interesting and entertaining things to do that will make them feel like they've gotten their money's worth. There are parades and shows and tours that are all big hits with many seniors. Also, don't be so quick to write off the rides. The vast majority of the rides at Disney World are appropriate for children and adults of any age.
