    Is there any special fireworks, nite time shows, or extended hours for the 4th of July? First time going to Disney during a holiday.

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. There is no better way to celebrate a holiday than at Walt Disney World!

    While Disney is known for changing things up and constantly introducing new shows, in the past they have celebrated the Fourth of July with two different special night time fireworks displays! Last year at the Magic Kingdom, they had "Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky". I tuned in to watch a live broadcast of it and I must tell you it did not disappoint! In addition to that over at Epcot they had a patriotic finale to IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. While it isn't a guarantee that they will have both this year or that they will be the exact same, I would certainly expect to have a special fireworks display to celebrate America that evening!
