    Are there any special events planned for Earth Day 2010? I did some searching and saw that there were special events last year at the Animal Kingdom and a photo op at Magic Kingdom with buttons, but cannot find any info for this year.

    What a great way to celebrate Earth Day - at Animal Kingdom, which celebrates its opening that day as well!

    This year, Animal Kingdom will be host to special celebrations and activities all over the park. In addition, head over to Rafiki's Planet Watch to see and do even more! Special kids' activities will be held at Rafiki's Planet Watch to get them involved and thinking about animals and the environment.

    Specialty artists will also be in attendance from April 20th to 22nd at Animal Kingdom. I'm sure there will be exciting artwork to inspire awe of nature!

    And, lastly, Disney's new film Oceans premiers on Earth Day. Although I don't have the film schedule, I'm sure you'll be able to catch a showing of it at Downtown Disney's theaters if you'd like. For each person who purchases a ticket to the film, a donation will be made to the Nature Conservancy to aid in saving coral reefs.
