    Are there any special events or larger crowds expected in April 2025?

    Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question! Springtime at Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite times of the year to visit, especially in April. The weather is great, and the crowds are moderate. Regarding events, you can expect to enjoy the blooms, topiaries, and Outdoor Kitchen dining options at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! This seasonal event typically begins in early spring, which means you'll be able to enjoy all the fun!

    Flower and Garden has many fun activities and experiences to enjoy, here are my top 3 favorites:

    • Outdoor Kitchens: During the festival, enjoy dining on dishes made with the freshest ingredients. Pick up a Festival Passport when you arrive at EPCOT, which will be a guide and menu of all things Flower & Garden. Some of my favorite dishes in years past include the La Vie en Rose from Fleur du Lys and the Chicken & Waffles from The Honey Bee-Stro. Check out this year's Foodie Guide by Disney Eats to give you an idea of what to expect next year!
    • Topiaries: The true magic of this festival is all the gorgeous floral displays and topiaries of your favorite Disney characters. Cast Members in Imagineering and Horticulture go to infinity and beyond each year, and what I love is that in each country's pavilion, they will plant flowers that are native to their respective country. See how many character topiaries you can find during your visit!
    • Scavenger Hunt: If you are bringing Mouseketeers, Spike Bee's Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt is the activity to complete! Purchase a map at Creations Shop and enjoy exploring EPCOT in a fun way. Butterfly Landing near the Imagination Pavilion and The Land Pavilion is another unique and fun experience for explorers of all ages.
