Hey there, hi there, ho there, Sofia! Welcome to
my very own corner of planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by with your question. Ringing in the New Year at EPCOT is such a memorable experience, and I completely understand wanting to plan as far ahead as possible.
The truth is that I don't have a way of knowing whether
Walt Disney World will offer a special dining package with reserved viewing for EPCOT's New Year's Eve fireworks on December 31, 2026. Those details simply haven't been announced yet. However, if we look at what Disney has done over the past few years, I think it's certainly reasonable to be hopeful that a similar offering could return.
If Disney does announce a dining package, reservations will follow the same booking rules as other dining experiences across Walt Disney World. For most Guests, Advance Dining Reservations open 60 days before the dining date.
Now, if you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and have a vacation package or resort reservation for those dates, you may have an additional advantage. Beginning 60 days before your check-in date, you'll be able to make dining reservations for your entire stay (for up to 10 nights), rather than booking one day at a time. That means if December 31 falls within your eligible reservation window, you could potentially reserve that dining package before Guests whose booking window opens 60 days before December 31 itself.
Since Disney hasn't released any information yet, my biggest recommendation is to keep a close eye on the
Disney Parks Blog over the coming months. That's typically where special holiday offerings, dining packages, and reservation details are announced first, giving you the best chance to secure a reservation as soon as bookings become available.
Sofia, I hope you have an unforgettable New Year's celebration at
EPCOT. There's truly nothing quite like welcoming a brand-new year surrounded by the magic of Disney!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
