Hello there, Simone! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
With so much to see and do at Walt Disney World Resort, it’s easy to overbook your family's schedule! Due to my own experiences with this, I have made an effort to have scheduled relaxation times at various point throughout our trips. This allows me to continue planning many aspects of my vacation while also guaranteeing that we receive the rest we need!
One of my favorite ways to relax at Walt Disney World Resort is by booking an appointment at one of their many spas! Select spa and massage services are available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Boardwalk Resort, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort, and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort.
Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and
Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort are also both full-service spas that offer a wide range of massages, body treatments, facials, and more!
While childcare is not directly available at Disney spas,
in-room childcare services may be reserved through Kid’s Nite Out at Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Babysitters are available both during the day and evening hours, though there is an additional charge for reservations after 9pm at this time. Your children will have the opportunity to participate in fun activities such as crafts, games, and reading while you enjoy your relaxing day at the spa!
Hopefully this information will help you plan your own day of relaxation at Walt Disney World Resort!
