If I were to have my souvenirs delivered to my hotel instead of packing them through the park is there a charge for that service?

    Hi Brittney!

You will be happy to hear that if you are staying at a Walt Disney World (WDW) Resort you can enjoy the complimentary Package Pickup service. The Package Pickup service allows you to purchase souvenirs in the shops within the park and then, free of charge, have them delivered to your resort. You can then pick the packages up at your resort the following day (usually - check with the Cast Member for the specific date/time your merchandise will be available). There is also a new Disney Shopping App that will allow you to scan merchandise when you are in a store in the park, add it to your cart and then check out and have the merchandise delivered to your home. There is typically a shipping charge, but this can be a huge convenience so you don't have to lug your merchandise through the parks, pack it or try to lug it through the airport.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
