Ahoy there, Darlene! Welcome, friend, and thank you for asking us this question.
Disney Cruise Line may have to do a little switching with those themed nights. This may be why they don't publish that specific information when you look at your cruise itinerary.
Pirate Night, for example, may be booked on a night where inclement weather is forecast, and then the crew has the option to change things up and plan for a nicer night.
I can for sure tell you at least one thing. The formal night will not be the first night, and it will also rarely be the last. Formal night is often on a sea day, so guests will have plenty of time to gussy up and look their seafaring best. Pirate night is usually mid-cruise.
Your best bet for confirmation of which night is which won't come until you are onboard the ship. Use your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to get the most up-to-date information. You can access the day-to-day schedule right on your smartphone.
The
Disney Cruise Line ships have wonderful
spa and salon services onboard. If you want to get an up-do or some pampering while you prep for formal night, it's a great idea to schedule an appointment for some spa magic.
I WISH you the most MAGICal adventure, Darlene! May all of your cruise DREAMs come true, and WONDER be around every corner.
Anna
