I am a southern california resident. I have family visiting from Canada and would like to take them. Am I able to use my residency to purchase their passes and do I need to go with them? or accompany them to the gate??

Hi, Charlene! We are honored that you stopped by planDisney with your question. I'm happy to help!

Living in Southern California has many advantages that Northerners are eternally jealous about: Beaches, mild winters, and easy access to The Happiest Place on Earth. I can relate to why your family wants to visit you! Currently, Disneyland Resort is offering a multi-day weekday ticket deal for Southern California residents. However, this offer is only available to residents living in ZIP codes 90000-93599; a Southern California billing address is required when providing credit card information during checkout. In addition, all adults will need to show proof of Southern California residency at the park entrance. I suggest that they contact a Canadian-based travel agency, as sometimes there are Special Offers specifically for Canadian residents.

Charlene, I hope your family enjoys the respite from the cold weather and the magic of Disneyland Resort during their stay with you! Please write back if there's anything else I can do!
