Is there any sort of pass besides the lightening as that gives shorter line access? I don't need a guide but willing to pay a premium for shorter lines

    Hello Kathleen,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm happy to help as you prepare for your October visit.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass are currently available for purchase. Multi Pass offers the ability to schedule return times for 3 attractions per day in advance, and the opportunity to make additional same-day selections, one at a time and subject to availability, once you redeem a selection. Lightning Lane Single Pass is available as an a la carte purchase in addition to or in place of Multi Pass. Guests can purchase up to 2 Single Pass selections per day for the most in-demand attractions.  Guests of Disney Resorts Collection hotels can purchase and begin scheduling 7 days before their check-in date, while off-property guests can begin 3 days before their ticket start date.

At this time, the only way to avoid the standby queues at eligible attractions is by purchasing Lightning Lane Passes for each guest in your travel party or opting for a Disney Private VIP Tour. I know you said you don't need a guide, but these Cast Members can help tailor your most magical day according to your exact preferences for up to 10 guests. You might already know your way around the parks, but VIP Tour Guides do add an extra layer of magic. I hope to experience a tour for myself one day. Keep in mind that the cost of these tours varies by day, and does not include theme park admission. If you are interested in learning more, you can call (407) 560-4033.

Eligible guests may also avoid the standby queue once approved for Disability Access Service (DAS). This is typically only available to guests who have trouble waiting in the standby line due to a disability. DAS doesn't offer immediate access to eligible experiences, but instead offers guests the ability to complete a comparable wait in an environment better suited for their needs.

I'm sorry I don't have more options for you today, Kathleen, but I hope this information helps you make the right decision for your trip.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
