    Sorry for all the questions, but love your straight to the point answers. Staying at the POR in June and possibly having old friends visiting for a day. Can they utilize the pool(s) when they visit?

    First of all, don't apologize! That is why I am here! In fact, send more!

    As to your question, officially the pools are only for resort guests. That is the simple answer.

    However I am sure that if they are with you, there won't be a problem. There are a few resorts that make sure that only registered resort guests use the pool (like the ones at the Animal Kingdom Villas and the Yacht/Beach Club resorts). But that is only because they are such massive pool complexes that they have become destination pools, and would otherwise become overcrowded. Not really fair to the paying resort guests to have to fight for space at their own hotel pool.

    But at Port Orleans I have never seen that as a problem, so you are probably OK, if not officially.
