Sorry to keep asking so many questions but I keep hearing certain things are not available on all itineraries. What would be the main differences between a seven day Caribbean leaving out of port Canaveral and a three or four day going to Bahamas out of PC

    Ahoy Melanie!
No need to apologize because I love spreading pixie dust to future Disney Cruise Line Guests so please keep the questions coming!
There are a few differences between a Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy sailing, but both will provide your family with a magical cruise vacation!  When the Disney Fantasy set sail in 2012, Disney Cruise Line added a few enhancements for a longer seven night voyage. Additions to the ship include the AquaLab (water play area), Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (fairy-tale makeovers and pirate transformations), Satellite Falls (adult-pool area), and a few differences in the adult-only entertainment areas-La Piazza, O'Gills Pub, Ooh La La, and the Tube.  The nightly entertainment will vary a bit as well with only one show being shown on both sailings-Disney's Believe.  First-run movies will be shown on either cruise, but a seven-night voyage will give you longer to visit the Buena Vista Theatre. The other difference you might notice between the two is the Muppets to the Midship Detective Agency.  This interactive quest brings the enchanted art on the ship to life as you solve the mystery! The three main dining rooms are similar (Royal Palace on the Dream vs. Royal Court on the Fantasy), but when you rotate to Animator's Palate the second time on the Fantasy, you will be able to be immersed in Disney animation at its finest!  Both cruise itineraries visit my favorite port of call, Castaway Cay with the Fantasy alternating between the western and eastern Caribbean itineraries.  This will allow more time on the ship during sea days and time to venture ashore in the Caribbean ports of call.  The Bahamian itineraries will visit Nassau and Disney's private island, Castaway Cay only.
I hope I've given you a good idea of what to expect to find on a 3/4 night cruise vs. a 7 night.  If I can help you further, please write back!  I'm always happy to help!
    Have a magical day!
