Sorry I asked a question a short time ago what I should have said that when I click on my tickets it only shows my wife’s and granddaughter’s does this mean mine is not on thank you .

    Henry,

    Thanks for your question!

Yes, if you are not seeing your tickets on that page, alongside those of the rest of your family, it likely means that you still need to attach your tickets as well. This is not uncommon, and adding them is fairly easy.

Start by going to that main page for My Disney Experience on a computer. Under "Plans and Tickets", you should see a series of blue circles representing different ticket/reservation types. If you hover your mouse over the "Tickets" one, you will see a "Link Tickets" button pop up. Click on that and you can add it there. You will see from the other circles that you could go in to add resort reservations, special event ticket numbers, and dining reservations as well.

If you are doing this on the My Disney Experience App version on a smartphone, just click on the three vertical bar Menu button on the lower right corner. From there you should see a "Tickets" button, from which you can add the reservation number as well. Of course you can add all those other kinds of reservations from this area as well, just like if you were on a computer.

Good luck, and be sure to come back and ask us some more questions!

    Have a Magical Vacation!
