Be our guest, Jadi, be our guest! It's truly a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney, where we're delighted to roll out the red carpet and present answers to your most important planning questions. Like Lumière says, "
Life can be so unnerving for a servant who's not serving," and we couldn't be happier to serve up a little magic as you plan your enchanting adventure. So settle in, take a seat, and let us help bring your fairytale vacation dreams to life!
First of all, I absolutely love that your daughter loves the Beast! My nephew was actually the Beast for Halloween last year, and it was the cutest costume ever. Once upon a time, the Beast used to meet Guests personally at
Be Our Guest Restaurant after dinner, and my own children were lucky enough to meet him. My youngest even presented him with a single rose, which made for the sweetest photos and such a special memory. These days, his royal schedule must be quite full, because now he simply walks through the dining rooms to give Guests a friendly wave while they're enjoying their meal.
While there aren't currently any dedicated meet-and-greets with the Beast, there are still some wonderful ways to spot him in the parks. You can see him alongside Belle in the
Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom, as well as the nighttime parade,
Disney Starlight.
During the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, there's usually a beautiful Belle and Beast topiary in the France pavilion, which makes such a fun photo opportunity.
Another great option, even though the Beast himself doesn't appear, is
Enchanted Tales with Belle at Magic Kingdom. This is an interactive storytelling experience where your daughter could even be chosen to play the Beast herself, which is such a magical memory-maker!
You can also catch
Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage at Hollywood Studios for a stunning live retelling of this timeless story.
When it comes to Beast merchandise, I took a quick look at the
Disney Store website and spotted a youth T-shirt, though it features the live-action version rather than the animated one. When my son was younger, I actually had a custom Beast shirt made for him, which could be a fun option to consider for your daughter, too!
Jadi, I hope this helps make your plans a tale as old as time and your trip absolutely enchanting. If any other questions pop up along the way, our doors are always open here at planDisney!
Magical Wishes,
Kami
