Bonjour, Tracy. It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to planDisney today!
Guests staying at Disney Resorts Collection hotels are able to
make advanced dining reservations for the length of their stay (up to 10 days)
60 days in advance of their check-in date. All other Guests may make dining reservations 60 days in advance. You can begin making reservations starting at 6:00 a.m. EST on the appropriate 60-day mark, but I recommend being logged in and ready to start looking at 5:45 a.m. EST. Since
Character Dining experiences are some of the most popular dining reservations, I suggest trying for a reservation at
Chef Mickey’s first before looking for availability elsewhere. Then, look for dining reservations at other restaurants that are a priority for your family.
If you don’t find the dining reservations you are hoping for initially, keep checking back for openings frequently. Guests modify their plans all the time, so oftentimes dining reservations will open up that were not there the first time around. If all else fails, you can try utilizing the
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability feature in your
My Disney Experience mobile app. This service allows you to join the same-day walk-up list at select dining locations on property and has been a lifesaver for my husband and I when we could not secure the dining reservations we had our hearts set on.
Tracy, I hope this information proves useful. Know you are always welcome to put our service to the test again here at planDisney if you think of more questions before your magical getaway.
TTFN (ta-ta for now),
Alyssa
