If it's been some time since your son last used
Disability Access Service (DAS), he'll likely need to go through a new approval process.
DAS is valid for the length of the ticket or up to one year, whichever is shorter. If you are currently Annual Passholders and registered for DAS less than a year ago, you can confirm access in your My Disney Experience app. Head to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of the app and then look for the DAS tile toward the top section of the screen. You'll use this during your visit to self-select attraction return times throughout the day. If you last visited using date-based tickets, you'll need to
complete a new registration before your son can use the service during your visit this weekend.
At this time, registration is done via a Live Video Chat with a Cast Member available from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. Confirm that your theme park admission is linked to your My Disney Account before starting the chat, and be sure your son is available to participate during the call. Once approved, your son can
request return times, one at a time, for himself and up to 3 guests.
