My son and I will be in WDW from Sept 1-8, 2013. It will be his first trip and I am wondering how early we can register at Hollywood Studios for the Jedi Training Academy? We will be having breakfast in the park around 8:20.

Hi Andrea! If your son is a Star Wars fan, the Jedi Training Academy is a must-do! The show is extremely popular and spots are limited. Sign-ups for the day's shows begin at park opening, but sometimes Hollywood Studios opens a little before the official posted opening time, and as a result, the sign-up line forms earlier. It appears that the park is scheduled to open at 9 a.m. on most days during the week you're visiting, so you may want to try to arrive early for your breakfast reservation so that you can dine quickly and head to the sign-up line for Jedi Training as soon as you're finished eating. If you don't want to rush through breakfast, you may want to move your reservation later so that you can sign up for the Jedi Training Academy first and then have a leisurely breakfast.

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
