Toy Story is my son's favorite Disney movie! Every year he would dress up as either Buzz or Woody at Walt Disney World! You can find Buzz Lightyear and Woody costumes at
Mouse Gear in
Epcot. The
Emporium is the largest shop in Magic Kingdom and I've seen Woody and Buzz costumes here in the past. However, merchandise is subject to change. Your best bet for finding the costume at Walt Disney World is at
World of Disney, located in
Disney Springs, which is the world's largest Disney character store. You can find the phone number for World of Disney online and give them a call prior to your trip to see if they are still carrying the costume during the time you will be visiting.
Buzz's Star Command in Magic Kingdom, the shop near the Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin attraction, sell apparel and toys from Toy Story, but I haven't seen a full Buzz or Woody costume sold.
You can also buy the costume online at the
Disney Store and bring the costume with you on your vacation. This will ensure you have your son's costume while you are at the most magical place on earth.
