My son wants to spend two weeks in Disney as a graduation gift, we can go anytime after mid June, what is the best/cheapest time of year to do this? Thanks.

    Hello Kimberly,

Congratulations to your son on his graduation!  I can't think of a better way to celebrate than at the Walt Disney World Resort.  My pick time of the year would be in September.  Crowds are low, the weather is still warm and Fall rates are in effect.  If you choose late September, you can attend the Epcot International Food & Wine festival which starts on 9/25.  On select dates in September, you may also attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

June through August is peak time at the resort and you'll encounter lots of crowds and the wonderful heat and humidity of Florida.  If you can wait until September, I would highly recommend it.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  If there's anything we can do to help, just give us a shout.

    Be Magical,

    Leanne T.
