    My son and I are visiting in July and cant wait!! He is a gluten free eater and we got the dining plan,But after looking at a bunch of menus under the kids section I dont see too much GF options for kids. Can he eat off the reg menu if hes GF...??? Than

    Hi Cory,

    I hope you and your son have a wonderful time at the Walt Disney World Resorts. The parks will be hot and crowded so make sure to take breaks, drink lots of water and enjoy the pools.

    Disney does a great job of helping guests with food allergies to have options. When making any of your table service reservations, you will want to note on the reservation a gluten allergy. The chef will come to your table and help design a menu for your son. 

    As for counter service meals, ask the cast member what gluten options are available. In addition, you can email the cast members as Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com for lists of counter service restaurant options or any additional questions you may have.

    You can also bring snacks and food into the park.
