Hi Lori,
You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney! Thanks for trusting us to find out the important Disney details in advance of your quickly approaching trip to the wonderful
Walt Disney World Resort. I’m excited to hear you’re staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and coming at a very
festive and fun time of year!
Here’s the full halftime report on your resort amenities at
Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort. You will have a Cuisinart Single-Serve brewer, with all the fixin’s available to you in your room. Should you need additional supplies during your stay, the
friendly housekeeping team will gladly refill or bring additional cups, a variety of coffee pods, sweeteners, or creamer packets. Your room has a beverage cooler which cools to 41 degrees, so please be sure to use it for cold drinks but not long-term dairy product storage. These small beverage coolers are approximately 18 inches wide x 25 inches high x 22 inches deep. If you need additional cooling support, such as for medical supplies or a true freezer, please
see this recent guidance my teammate Jessica shared. You will be pleased to know your room has a hairdryer, which can be found on a shelf under the bathroom sink; I hope this saves some space and weight in your luggage for more souvenirs!
I hope you and your son have some fabulous fall plans lined up together, Lori. Whether it’s Halloween spooky fun at
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, sampling world flavors at the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, or checking out the brand-new
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana at EPCOT, you’re sure to make some special memories together. There are some great new photography shots available, so be sure you check out the photo albums on
Disney’s PhotoPass Service facebook page. My son loves to make a checklist of must-have shots that we can find together so I hope you can get some fun photos from this core memory trip, too.
Please let us know if there’s anything else you need as you finalize the details and finish packing. If you have questions while on vacation, look for the
Guest Experience Team under the blue umbrellas in all four theme parks. They can help you sort out technical issues with
My Disney Experience, share directions, help with lost and found, or any other needs you may have.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Amy
