Hi! My son will be 12-1/2 when we visit. Will he be permitted to participate in the Jedi Training? Thanks!

    Greetings Meagan!

The Force must be strong with your son! Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple is an experience that is out of this galaxy! I love stopping to watch mini Jedi take on the Empire at Disney's Hollywood Studios

The great news is kids between 4 and 12 years of age may participate in Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple. This means your son will be able to feel the Force as he learns to wield his lightsaber! Registration goes fast, so I would suggest getting there first thing in the morning to sign him up. You can find registration at the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost located between the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular! and the 50's Prime Time Café. Make sure you're aware of the times the show is scheduled on the date of your arrival; this can be found on your My Disney Experience app.

While you are visiting with your young Jedi, I would suggest taking him to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. My family and I have spent much time exploring Black Spire Outpost, sampling some of the local foods and sipping blue milk. Of course, you will have to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. I won't spoil it for you, but I was awe-struck the entire time and may have cried a little...or perhaps a lot. I cannot wait for you and your son to go on the spectacular secret mission!

May the Force be with you and your son, Meagan!
