My son will turn 3 while we are at Disney World. In the past we've been able to note celebrations on our hotel and dining reservations online. Since that's no longer an option, can his birthday still be noted on our reservation by calling? Thanks!

    Hi there Laura!

How exciting to be celebrating your son's 3rd birthday during your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! The answer to your question is yes. I have always called to make a note of any special occasions that may be happening during our trip. You may call (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639 to note his birthday on your resort reservation. I also like to call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 and have the Cast Member make a note of any special celebrations on the appropriate Advanced Dining Reservation. That being said, if you will be celebrating his big day at a specific dining location, I would also recommend that you let them know when you check in for your Advanced Dining Reservation

Be sure to ask for a complimentary birthday celebration button for your son when you check in to your Disney Resort hotel. If you will be staying off-property, you can also receive a complimentary button at Guest Relations inside any theme park or Disney Springs.

I hope this information has been helpful. Please don't hesitate to visit us again with any additional questions that you may have. Sending pixie dusted wishes that your son has a magical birthday trip, Laura!

    Happy Celebrating,
    Jodie
