Hi, my son is trying to plan a Disney vacation and came across the dining plan when he was researching. He couldn't find a specific price for it, He was wondering if you could explain the prices a little bit more. P.S. YOU GUYS RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Rose,

Thanks for the nice comment about the Moms Panel.  Hope you don't mind a response from a dad. ;-)

For your reference, and to make sure we are talking about the same dining plan, the Disney Dining Plan provides (per person for each night of your stay):
    - One table service meal
    - One counter service meal
    - One snack

You can find more detail about the Disney Dining plan here.

The current pricing per day for the Disney Dining Plan, including taxes, is (as of Jan 2008):
Adults (ages 10 and over): $37.99
    Child (ages 3-9): $9.99
    Under 3: free

These prices do not include gratuity (new policy as of 2008).  Gratuity of 18% is automatically added for parties of 6 or greater.
