Hi Robert and welcome to
planDisney! I’m sorry to hear that you have to postpone your vacation. Please don’t worry, you will be able to use those
theme park tickets at a later date.
If you have purchased tickets for an upcoming vacation and those plans need to be canceled or rescheduled, all you have to do is make another
Disney Park Pass Reservation. First, you can go ahead and cancel the existing reservation by logging into your My Disney Experience account. Select “Tickets and Passes” click on the ticket you want to modify, then click on “change ticket” to select your new dates.
Robert, if your unused theme park tickets no longer appear on your
My Disney Experience account after your vacation date has passed, they aren’t lost. There are just a few steps you need to take to get them back. To do so, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number to link to your My Disney Experience account and you will be able to make Disney Park Pass Reservations for a future visit.
I hope this information is helpful. Feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions.
Veronica
