My son has severe food allergies and we will need to purchase lactose free milk along with ensure he does not come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts or fish. Who do I contact to make this happen?

    Dear Amy,

Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Special Dietary Requests

Walt Disney World Resort does many things very well, and one of those things is accommodating guests with needs such as food allergies. You will find the Cast Members at the restaurants to be incredibly knowledgeable about ingredients and allergens at their restaurants. That being said, Walt Disney World Resort does not have separate allergy-free kitchens nor are they able to guarantee that no cross-contamination of food has occurred, so they strongly encourage guests to use their discretion based on their family member's needs.

Since you mentioned that your son has multiple allergies, you might consider reaching out to Special.Diets@disneyworld.com to ensure that you can be as safe as can be everywhere that you go on property. You would want to do that at least two weeks before the start of your visit to help you to devise a plan that will work for your whole family.

Hope that helps & have a magical time!
