Hello Michelle, Thanks for trusting planDisney with advice for your injured Mouseketeer. I will be happy to help you figure out what is safe for your little guy.
As a father of three, I know making sure they are comfortable wherever we go is super important. The last thing I would want to do is do more damage and have to do more time in that cast. I would start by asking your physician to see how far along he is in the healing process and what kind of activities he should avoid. Some attractions will rattle you around, one attraction that comes to mind is one of my favorites
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. Depending on what your family physician says you can simply look at the restrictions list given and compare it here on this
full list of attractions. Each has details as to what you can expect from each ride type.
Even if he has restrictions the
Walt Disney World Resort has plenty of activities for him to enjoy. I always think of cool attractions like
Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway is very exciting yet tame. You can find this attraction at
Disney's Hollywood Studios among other recommendations. If you are visiting that theme park do not miss
Fantasmic it is a great show and is not short on magic. It's a perfect way to end the night.
I hope this information is helpful for planning your trip. It's really close and you should be getting excited. I know I would be! But there is plenty of time to ask another question if it arises. Come on back if you need more magical planning tips.
Have a magical stay!
