WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, I can see why it's such a popular toy and I see plenty of people walking around with them at Disney California Adventure!
If your son's Spider-Bot was purchased at the Disneyland Resort, you could try returning it there if you are local. The
Return Policy does state that no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase and usually merchandise needs to be unopened in its original packaging.
If you are unable to make it back to the Disneyland Resort, then I would recommend calling
Merchandise Guest Services and explaining your situation. I've had a few opportunities to call them after returning from a Disney trip and the Cast Members there have been extremely helpful. If your son's Spider-Bot was purchased on
shopdisney.com, you could start a
Return/Exchange ticket on their website.
Although I cannot guarantee that they will accept a return or exchange, I will say that the Cast Members will do their best to help you out in whatever capacity they can.
