My son just purchased Military tickets for our upcoming vacation. How do we connect those to his MDE account and make park reservations before he can get to Florida to activate them?

Welcome to planDisney, Linda! We are so glad you are here. From all of us, thank you for your son's service to our nation! Visiting Walt Disney World Resort in mid-June is wonderful, weather is great, parks are in full summer swing, and EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will still be in full bloom! Enjoy visiting the topiaries and dining on all the amazing food the culinary team has prepared!

Linda, on the back of the exchange certificates that he purchased, there will be a 16-digit number code. That is the number you will input to assign tickets to everyone in your party on the My Disney Experience app. Once you open the app from your phone, you will click on the "Tickets and Passes" icon, which will take you to the log-in page. You will select the "Link Tickets & Passes" icon on the right, and you will have the option to enter the ID code. Once you have done that, you can go ahead and make park reservations. Keep those exchange certificates until your son has activated them at any of the Guest Relations offices at any of the four theme parks.

Have a magical time visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth with your family, Linda!
