My son is playing in the Disney tournament Presidents Weekend. We are a family of 6 and it does not look like All Star Sports accommodates that. I did see that All Star Music does- Can I easily get from All Star Music to the soccer fields?

    Jessica,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

If Disney is offering shuttles from Disney's All-Star Sports Resort to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, you could easily stay in one of the Family suites at Disney's All-Star Music Resort and walk to that All-Star Sports shuttle stop. The two resorts are immediately next to each other, and even share parking lots.

The Family Suites at the All-Star Music resort are typically found in the Jazz and Calypso buildings, just next to Melody Hall, the resort's reception, dining, and shopping hall. The walk from those buildings to the bust stop at the adjacent All-Star Sports Resort is just 1/3 of a mile (1/2 km), so there is no reason for you to get any special transportation, especially since Disney resort transportation is free!

    BONUS TIP
While the bus ride from All-Star Sports to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex should not take too long (it is only a 2 1/2-mile drive away), remember that most of the event attendees are also staying at the same hotel. Be sure to arrive at the shuttle location in plenty of time, as Disney will likely have to send several buses to get everyone to the complex. Also, that short drive can still take a lot of time at certain times of the day, as Disney traffic to numerous destinations pass through that area.

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
