Ahoy, Ann!
Like you, I have dealt with both my children going through the picky eating phase! My son was around 18 months on our first sailing, and I did bring a few of his favorites from home just in case he didn't like what was served on board. Fortunately, he did like most of what was offered, but the snacks were great for our stateroom and when we ventured ashore. I actually think cruising has helped my children become less picky! They seem to be more wiling to try different foods while on board Disney Cruise Line than at home or at land based restaurants. It does help that there are a variety of foods offered, and they always know they can try something else!
Disney Cruise Line will allow you to bring
pre-packaged, nonperishable food that is unopened such as the squeezable fruits and veggies by Gerber Graduates. Any liquids brought on board will need to be packed in your carry-on luggage. I know these aren't exactly liquids, but I would pack them in your carry-on just in case.
I'm excited for your crew to embark on your adventure on the high seas with
Disney Cruise Line, Ann! I hope it will be the first of "minnie" with Captain Mickey! If you think of any other last minute questions, please write back! We are hEAR to help in anyway we can.
Have a magical day!
Nancy
